Hello, Girls, Guardians, & Coaches,

We want you to know what you can expect for the extended season. This workout is designed for you to listen in, and if you feel an extra pep in your step, we encourage you to get out there and get in a great 20-minute Happy Pace Workout!

20-minute Workout Structure:

2-min Dynamic Stretches
:30 High Knee Marches
:30 Star Jumps
:30 Squats

3-min Walking Warm-up

10-minute Happy Pace (Turn-around 5 minutes in if you are outside)

5-min Walking Cool-Down
